Time and Expenses Documents

Please note that all documents, including but not limited to all forms, tracking tools, training PowerPoint slides, checklists, and templates, are to remain confidential. Consultants do not have permission to share these documents with anyone or use these documents for projects and work outside of the contracted APIC Consulting Services assignments.

  • Travel Expense and Reimbursement Form:
    All travel expenses are to be itemized on the Expense Tracking Sheet, individually for each project. For reimbursement, all expenses and mileage must have supporting documentation provided.

    Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact your APIC Consulting Services Project Manager.

  • Time and Expense Requirements and Protocols:
    Read more about what can and can’t be submitted for time and expenses.
    Note - some projects have differing rules and requirements for time and expenses - please confirm all requirements with the Project Manager.

  • Project Hour Tracker:
    This tool is an optional tool for Consultants to use to track hours used for all projects. This tool can help track project hours and will help monitor when to alert the Project Manager to request more hours for a project. This document is not required to be turned in and is considered a helpful consultant tool.


    When ready to submit the first time and expense sheets, with supporting documentation - follow the steps listed here.

IMPORTANT: The Consultant is required to track hours throughout the project in accordance with the set timeline. When approaching allotment of contracted hours, the Consultant will notify APIC Consulting Services via written communication with hours worked and estimated hours remaining along with deliverables to be delivered within the additional time requested. APIC Consulting Services will work to have these hours approved by the Client.
